What are your shipping timeframes?
All made to order items may take 14 days to ship and sometimes may be longer.
What is the difference between “ready to ship” and “made to order” items?
Items that are “ready to ship” have a quicker shipping turnaround than made to order items. Ready to ship items are already made unlike made to order items which can take 14 days to ship.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns within 10 days of arrival. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Are the product photos true to size?
Product photos are close-ups to show details. All listings have product dimensions and any other sizing information. Please make sure to read all information before purchasing.

Is Duplika Jewelry nickel-free?
Yes! All of our jewelry is nickel free. Our earring posts are either steel (hypoallergenic) or rhodium. Our gold chains are 14k gold fill. All of our listings will have the metal information. If you have any concerns about a metal allergy please feel free to contact us at wanda@duplikajewelry.com.
Will the resin discolor?
Unfortunately yes, overtime all resin will start to discolor. The resin we use is a jewelry grade resin although due to many variables like sun exposure, wear and tear etc.. resin may discolor at various speeds.
We suggest storing your pieces away from consistent bright sun exposure when not in use.
How do I care for my new Duplika Jewelry piece?
14K GOLD FILL
All of our gold chains are 14k gold fill. Gold fill is made from solid gold which is 'filled' with other alloys. Unlike gold plate, It will not flake and the surface will not turn your fingers like brass can do. Softly polish by hand with a clean cloth if needed.
BRASS
When left raw brass has the tendency to naturally patina and age over time. Some love that about brass, but if you prefer to keep your piece in its original bright gold form, store in an airtight container or use a gentle brass/ bronze cleanser or polish.
